The alternate paths are intended for 2 players online and since the game is designed so that it can be played in single player mode, the 2 player mode alternate paths don't add much. I think it's nfsnation saveeditor for nfs undercover. You unlock cars. I don't recall the car id for the speedtest car, but it may be show at web sites that have the save editor. The car most players want is the CCX for career mode, as it is the fastest car overall due to better handling. This is for the PC version.

In Most Wanted and Carbon, the BMW M3 GTR is not the fastest car. The Prima guide for Carbon messes up the Underground 1 to Carbon cannon, since it dates the prologue at 5 years before Carbon, which is before Underground 1. In Carbon's prologue, the player is an advanced driver, but in Underground 1, the player is new to underground racing, which is a conflict with the Carbon's guide timeline. In Undercover, the random police chatter mentions Ryan getting arrested, so the player's character in Undercover is not Ryan.

@DripChicken732 - internally the game uses a separate version of Ryo's Evo 10 for each event type, including a rwd version for drift.

Need For Speed World has a safe house on the map (3 of them in version 4.0), but no one has found the Carbon safe house on from out of bounds.

I'm 72 years old. My first NFS game was NFS II (1997). The first NFS with an EA server for online play was High Stakes (1999). Note the video was meant as joke for an old forum. The video was sped up by 161% , and the speedometer set to kph but with the 161% it looks like mph. The actual lap time was about 46 seconds.

Don't forget that Ryo is driving an all wheel drive car that can magically drift. The 240SX with nearly zero grip once it starts sliding can exploit the drift scoring in ProStreet.

@@rcgldr I need a way to finish this nonsense on rx7. I can try the drive backwards trick but I don't think I can get much more out of it. Hitting wall always ends up with less score to me. And I'm running out of tokens. Tried this BS map for like 200 times and I'm tired to the point I wanna use a cheatcode. This is no game, no fun, no challenge, this is just pure cancer.

@@RedGallardo - to keep from using up tokens, turn off autosave, and only save after a good run, otherwise, reload the prior save. Using stock suspension and tires should help with any car. You want minimal grip for drift points.

I'm not aware of it. There was a tool that allowed every cut-scene on the Carbon DVD to be played, and I don't recall every seeing one that shows Wolf hitting a pedestrian.

Wolf is the only boss that will crash. There are no video clips of the other bosses crashing on the game DVD. In the case of Wolf crashing, it's somewhat random.

Try it yourself: 240SX, stock tires, stock suspension, has almost no grip and slides a long distance without losing much speed.

@@davenitro31 - drift scoring is unusual. You need keep the car pointed to one side for as along as possible. There are videos of players getting huge drift scores at the short Ebisu track by scraping the nose of the car against the outside wall for entire laps.
